What I liked the most about the Sotogrange Katipunan was the staff. They were by far the best staff I have ever encountered for hotel stays. Front desk always greeted me with a smile whether I was coming or going, and also made the checkout and checkin as simple as possible. the restaurant staff were amazing. They bow and all greet you every time. and are probably the most professional, polite and kindest people. They made me feel like a royalty. They ensure everything is looked after for every detail.

The best part of this place is the staff. They are the most respectful and kindest people I have ever encountered. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet and has a good wifi. Never had any issues with wifi. Staff eager to assist with any queries, and were always greeting me with a smile upon my coming and going from the hotel. Overall it was a great experience to stay at this hotel and be looked after by the excellent staff here. Would highly recommend.

The facility is clean and smells good. The layout of the suite room is nice. There should be buffet breakfast and not just a plate. There should be free conditioner and towellettes in the room. The safety deposit box is not working properly. The bathtub is so high and not ADA friendly. There is only 1 staff working in the reception area that created a line for check out. Overall, it was a great experience.

The interior of the room was excellent.staff we're friendly ,the cleanliness was good and the food was great, especially they do have liquid milk for our coffee
